• Our estimated dispatch date is early January 2026 (around 5 January 2026).
• There are two payment options:
  (1) Prepay in full and enjoy a 10% off, or
  (2) Pay a 20% deposit, with the remaining balance automatically deducted using the same payment method on 2 January 2026.
• Please note that exclusive products usually have limited quantities available at the event. We may be unable to secure all the items you ordered, but we will do our best to purchase them for you. We sincerely apologise in advance if we are unable to obtain certain products.
• If the ordered quantity exceeds the purchased quantity, items will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you check out with both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive. If you prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, please place them in a separate order.
