Do you have a store?

We are currently online-only, but we hope to open a physical store in the near future! :)

How can I contact you?

How do I change the currency?

You can change the currency by selecting your preferred Country/Region at the bottom left of the page.

Product & Stock

Are all your products authentic?

Yes! All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers and brands in Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Some products will be restocked, while others are limited editions and may not return. If you’d like to be notified, click the “Email me when available” button on the product page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over the following amounts (after any discounts are applied):

  • Australia: Over $80
  • Asia Pacific & New Zealand: Over $150
  • United States & Canada: Over $300
  • Europe: Over $400

How is the shipping rate calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order.

When will my order ship?

We usually dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You can track your order on the official Australia Post website here.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s laws, you might be required to pay local duties and customs taxes. Shokakko Australia is not responsible for any duties and charges incurred by your local customs office.

Orders & Return

OMG! I entered the wrong delivery address!

Please contact us immediately if your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

If your order has already been processed, we unfortunately won’t be able to make any changes. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages or items lost in transit due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change, add to, or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot accept any changes or cancellations.

I ordered something I no longer want. Can I return it?

We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that were incorrectly selected or if you have simply changed your mind.

I received a damaged item, missing parts, or the wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us so we can arrange a return or refund. Please include clear photos of the damaged/faulty/incorrect items along with your receipt or proof of purchase in your email.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us at info@shokakko.com.au with details such as the item(s) you’re interested in and the desired quantity. Please note that the turnaround time is approximately 4–8 weeks, as we will need to order the items from our overseas suppliers.
