We offer free standard shipping to local and international orders if the order exceed the amount of (*after discount applies, if any):

Australia - orders amount exceed $80

Asia Pacific & New Zealand - orders amount exceed $150

United States & Canada - orders amount exceed $300

Europe - orders amount exceed $400

The shipping rate is calculated base on the location and total weight of your order.

We normally dispatch all orders in 1 to 2 business day(s), exclude all weekends and public holidays.

We dispatch all orders by Australia Post. You can track your order on Australia Post offical website (Link).

Orders / Return

If you need to change, add or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once we have dispatched your order, unfortunately we do not accept any changes or cancellation.

Sorry that we do not refund or exchange products that are wrongly selected or you have changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or it wasn't what you ordered, please contact us for return or refund arrangement. Please include the image of the damaged/faulty/incorrect items and the receipt or proof of purchase in the email. 

Please contact us immediately if your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

​If your order has been processed, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes to your order. We will not hold any responsibilities for undeliverable addresses and/or lost in transit due to incomplete or incorrect information provided.

If we have received the returned parcel and you would like us to reship it, reshipping charges will be applied. If you would like a refund instead, we can arrange a full refund, excluding any original shipping costs paid (if any).
