Instructions:
1. Before first use, wash with warm water and a small amount of neutral detergent. 
2. Clean the bottle after each use to maintain hygiene.
3. To ensure the best heating or cooling performance, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of hot or cold water to pre-heat or pre-cool the bottle. (You may also add ice to help pre-cool.)
5. Store away from direct sunlight to prevent aging or damage.
6. Please discard the desiccant before use. The desiccant is not edible.

Notes:
1. Please read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Be careful not to overfill the bottle. Close the cap securely to prevent leakage.
4. Not suitable for storing dairy products or baby food for extended periods, to prevent bacterial growth.
5. Not suitable for use in microwaves, ovens, or other heating equipment. Keep away from fire when in use.
6. Do not use with dry ice, carbonated drinks, or other contents that may expand.
7. Not suitable for use in dishwashers.
9. Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
